#762 Schneider Weisse Mein Nelson Sauvin (Germany)
This baby is like the damn champagne of beers. It was brewed in 2011 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the ABT cafés in Holland, whatever that is. It’s a crisp, light copper wheat beer which sits at 7.3%. Bitter, malty, refreshing, spicy and with a solid alcohol punch, it’s a very well made beer from the purveyors of my favourite wheat brews. Nice work, blokes.
